Shipping

Shipping is currently being done by The Courier Guy. A flat rate of R120 will be charged on all orders. This flat rate does not include bulk orders and will vary. You will receive an e-mail directly from The Courier Guy once your order has been collected. This e-mail will contain your tracking information.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like specific shipping arrangements.

The delivery times stated on our website are estimates only and may differ based on your address and the couriers delivery schedule.
Special area surcharges may apply for some towns and areas such as mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports / harbors and embassies.
We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Lead time on orders are between 1 and 2 business days before it is shipped out.

Expected delivery times

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit times vary by Major Center.

Insurance

All orders shipped include insurance up to the value of R1000.
Additional insurance can be added. This is charged at 2% of the value of your order. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance.
You will be responsible for any excess payable in the event you submit a claim.

Important – In the event you want to submit a claim please let us know as soon as possible. The Courier Guy only accepts claims within 48 hours of the delivery or expected delivery of your package.

Returns

If our products have not lived up to your expectations please let us know.

If you wish to return your goods we have a few options for you

If your goods are still in their original packaging and unopened you can return them to us within 7 days for a full refund. We only ask that you pay the return delivery costs, and if you cant be hassled with the logistics we can arrange collection.
If your goods are already opened you can still return them to us in their original packaging for a refund. Depending on the nature of the goods we may however charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
No returns will be accepted on custom cut 550 Paracord or Micro Cord lengths.
